  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom Sail Loft: Custom-made sails are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Hobie Sails: Sails that have been used or installed are non-returnable.
  • Racing & Technology: Specialized racing gear is non-returnable.
