• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

3. Securely pack the item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom Sail Loft: Custom-made sails are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Hobie Sails: Sails that have been used or installed are non-returnable.
• Racing & Technology: Specialized racing gear is non-returnable.
